Combining sugary hooks with a loud, rhythmic crunch, Sleigh Bells’ experimental pop is the project of songwriter/producer Derek Miller and vocalist Alexis Krauss. They became known for their overdriven style of noise pop, which incorporates elements from various genres including pop, hip hop, metal, R&B, and punk. In summer 2021, Texis was announced to be released September 10, with a leading single and music video for “Locust Laced”.
