Self-care is something we talk about often, but how regularly do we put it on the top of our list of priorities? Now that Halloween is over, and we sit on the edge of holiday madness, the pressure of what lies ahead can feel overwhelming. The truth is, we bite off way more than we can chew during November and December. Our event calendars have zero white space and our to-do list is endless. Here’s our hope for you and for ourselves over the next couple of months. Don’t say yes to everything and be ok with declining an RSVP. Take a moment to sleep a bit later on the days you can and pause to capture moments of silence, where the light hits the wall just right. Fill your days with moments that come without the weight of added pressure. Walk the park, watch the World Cup, cook with your kids. Whatever self-care looks like to you, be sure to keep it at the top of your list. It is the only thing that will keep you grounded and energized during this crazy time of the year. We hope your month is full of peace, love and gratitude.

Shaleen and Sam DeStefano
