March is the month that we get eager  for the warmer months to come, anxiously planning our summer bucket lists. But don’t get ahead of yourselves. Any nod to Spring time is worth celebration and this month there is no shortage of worthwhile happenings.

In this issue we chose to feature a Denver photographer in honor of MoP (Month of Photography). You will find several events highlighting this medium in and around the city.  So if you, too, have a love for the image captured behind the lens, be sure to dig around and catch some exhibits showcasing some of the most innovative photographers.

Denver Fashion Week is another event not to be missed. March 23-31 marks Denver’s largest fashion showcase featuring emerging designers, local boutiques, stylists and more. Just walking down S. Broadway, you can see that Denver is finding a spot on the map when it comes to fashion-forward thinkers.

And of course, we can’t forget about St. Patrick’s Day. While we personally are not likely to bar hop and day drink our way across the city post parade, we’re not going to miss a chance to partake in the best corned beef and pastrami west of New York City. Last summer we were spoiled with the best sandwich known to man found only at Katz’s Delicatessen in Manhattan. But don’t fret, we have the next best thing right here in Denver with Zadie’s and the NY Deli News. You’ll know where to find us on the 17th.

So if it’s photography, creative fashion or an indulgent sandwich you crave, you’re covered.  This is just a glimpse of what our city has to offer this March, so get out there – explore and enjoy!
