JUNE 24 & 25 – 100 Gaylord Street

Yard Art Contemporary returns this summer with two days of art and community, June 24th and 25th on the grounds of a private residence in Denver’s Country Club Neighborhood. Organized by Artists Annie Decamp and Michael Dowling, this boutique art fair connects people through creativity and offers an alternative platform for some of Denver’s notable artists to show and sell their work. The public is invited to enjoy the informal, welcoming vibe while they flow amongst the tents, visit with the artists and shop for original artwork. Beer, wine, and champagne will be served. This free, family-friendly event will also include a children’s art table for young creatives. Yard Art is curated to include a thoughtful mix of contemporary works including figurative, abstract and still-life paintings, sculptures and mixed media by these eighteen participating artists: Rita Bhasin, Amanda Clapham, Kristina Davies, Annie Decamp, Michael Dowling, Dan Drossman, Braden Espinosa, Michelle Follet, Gregory Forber, Daniel Granitto, Terrie Hall, Phillip Kiphardt, Brett Matarazzo, Claire McArdle, Karl Orion, Quin Porter, Cindi Yaklich and Belgin Yucelen. Yard Art Contemporary was conceived during the pandemic year of 2020. While it is set up as a formal show with art tents showcasing each artist’s own style and brand, it has more of a relaxed, community feel and ample opportunity for everyone to make new acquaintances and friendships. Patrons can enjoy a drink and take their time exploring the art and the grounds, much like a stroll through Monet’s garden.
